Construction management system, from tender to warranty
I designed and built an office panel and a mobile app for site crews: cost estimate, subcontractor quotes, tasks and progress reports in one chain. It runs a live contract in Krakow: 198 tasks, 360 cost items, and 1,565 site photos uploaded by the crew in a single day.

An interactive map of global oil flows and the straits they pass through, ending with the price of a litre of fuel in each EU country. Built on UN Comtrade, JODI and EU data, refreshed automatically every day, in five languages.

Scheduling app for personal trainers, from interviews to paid licences
I spotted the problem at my own gym, ran 16 interviews with trainers and built a team of seven around it. The first version made scheduling slower, so I rebuilt it around automation and mapped the scheduling algorithm in diagrams to fix 30–45 second recalculations. Pre-sales turned into paying customers.
